    Director of Learning, Waverly School District 145, NE

    Angie Plugge is entering her 23rd year in public education. She spent 19 years in Title I middle schools as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal, where she gained deep experience in building MTSS systems. She now serves as Director of Learning in the Waverly School District, where she supports schools in developing and sustaining their own MTSS frameworks.
