Toni Liza DeMello

District Manager, MTSS, Chicago Public Schools

Toni Liza DeMello is an experienced instructional specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. She has been in education for over 20 years and served in leadership roles within Chicago Public Schools for the past decade. She is currently the District Manager for Multi-Tiered System of Supports in the Office of Teaching and Learning. In this role, she oversees the implementation of MTSS for the district and manages school-level interventionists and Tutor Corps.

Dr. Eva Dundas

Chief Academic Officer, Branching Minds

Dr. Eva Dundas is the Chief Academic Officer at Branching Minds, where she pursues her mission to bridge the gap between the science of learning and education practice. Her research explores how the relationship between neural systems (specifically language and visual processing) unfolds over development, and how those dynamics differ with neurodevelopmental disorders like dyslexia and autism.
