What is the MTSS Summit?
The MTSS Summit is a multi-day, virtual event hosted by Branching Minds, featuring a mix of keynote lectures, sessions, workshops, and networking with hundreds of MTSS/education leaders.
This year's event will feature a half-day pre-conference on 12/5, plus two half-days of professional learning (12/6 & 12/7).
The theme for this year's event is, "Empowering Educators. Streamlining Systems. Supporting Students."
When is it?
This year's MTSS Summit will take place on December 5, 6, & 7, 2023:
- Tues, Dec 5: Pre-conference day (1 half-day of professional learning, including 1 keynote lecture, 1 workshop session, and 1 Branching Minds MTSS platform session)
- Wed, Dec 6 & Thurs, Dec 7: Main event days (2 half-days of professional learning, including 3 keynote lectures, 1 live podcast recording, 4 session blocks, several live product demos, and networking with hundreds of other MTSS/education leaders)

Fully virtual!
When & how can I submit a proposal/session to be considered for the Summit?
The Call for Proposals has closed. It was open June 1, 2023 - July 13, 2023. Acceptance notifications will be sent in late August. Any questions about proposals may be directed to summit@branchingminds.com.
I can't attend live - can I access the recordings?
Yes, all registrants will have access to lecture & session recordings, slides, and resources.
Please note: only live participants will receive certificates of attendance. In other words, we will not issue certificates of attendance to registrants who watch the recordings after the 2023 MTSS Summit takes place.

How much will it cost?
July 31 - Sept. 15 (early bird rates, 20% off of regular rates)
- Pre-conference + main event (12/5, 12/6, & 12/7): $156 USD
- Pre-conference only (12/5): $44 USD
- Main event only (12/6 & 12/7): $124 USD
Sept. 16 - Nov. 17 (regular rates)
- Pre-conference + main event (12/5, 12/6, & 12/7): $195 USD
- Pre-conference only (12/5): $55 USD
- Main event only (12/6 & 12/7): $155 USD
When & how do I register/buy tickets?
You can register on our website beginning July 31, 2023. Registrants can pay with a credit card or via Purchase Order - more details about each process will be published on our website once registration opens.
Registration will close on November 17, 2023. If paying via Purchase Order, your PO must be received on or before this date. We unfortunately cannot accept late registrations.
Can I register/buy tickets with a Purchase Order (PO)?
Yes! See above. Please note that registrations paid for via Purchase Order (PO) are not eligible for refunds - see full refund/cancellation policy below.
Will there be any discounts?
Yes! See below.

My district/school has complimentary Summit tickets as part of our Success Package. How do I redeem them?
Instructions for redeeming these complimentary tickets will be sent to our key contact(s) at each district/school. If you purchased a Success Package but did not receive instructions - or if you're unsure whether your district/school purchased a Success Package - please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Refund/Cancellation Policy & Ticket Transfer
If I purchase a registration/ticket but can no longer attend, can I get a refund?
It depends on how you paid (credit card vs. PO/check) and when you're requesting a refund. More details below.
➡️ If you paid with a credit card: Registration cancellation requests for tickets purchased with a credit card must be received on or before November 1, 2023, to be entitled to a refund.* No refund will be provided for cancellations after November 1, 2023. To request a cancellation/refund, please email summit@branchingminds.com with the name(s) and email(s) of the registrant(s) for whom you’re requesting a refund.

If I purchase a registration/ticket but can no longer attend, can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
No - our event platform unfortunately does not allow for ticket transfer. If you can no longer attend, please request a refund following the steps above. Any new registrants can purchase a ticket via credit card or purchase order between July 31, 2023 and November 17, 2023.
Additional Questions
Is the Summit eligible for CEUs/PDUs/CPDU/CLE credit?
No, the MTSS Summit is not eligible for CEUs/PDUs/CPDU/CLE credit. We will, however, provide certificates of attendance to those who attend live.
