Referral-Ready: Auditing Your District’s MTSS & Special Education Alignment
📆 Thursday, October 22, 2026
🕐 1-2 pm ET
Special education evaluations depend on good documentation of what has been done to support the student — by the time a student is referred, it's often too late to fill in any gaps.
In this webinar on October 22 from 1-2 pm ET, we’ll walk you through a practical audit of how your MTSS and Special Education departments are working together, built around four key domains:
- Fidelity documentation
- Progress monitoring data
- Instructional variable control (including attendance)
- Exclusionary variable checks
We'll unpack what strong documentation looks like in each domain, and how the same standards apply to documenting ongoing IEP services and compliance once a student is identified.
Tune in to understand how this audit framework can help you meet compliance requirements, reduce risk at every stage from referral to ongoing service delivery, and collaborate to serve your students.
