    Instructional Coach, Peebles Elementary, Adams County Ohio Valley Local School District

    Kristin Regenstein, M.Ed., serves as an Instructional Coach at Adams County Ohio Valley Schools in Peebles, OH. Ms. Regenstein played a pivotal role in transitioning the district towards structured literacy. Ms. Regenstein drives curriculum implementation, alignment, and district assessment development. She also structures intervention and coaching cycles through the district MTSS process. Prior to her current role, Ms. Regenstein was an elementary teacher for 8 years. She holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Early Childhood and a Masters degree in Educational Leadership.

    Alisa Dorman, M.Ed.
    CEO/President, Acadience Learning, Inc.

    Alisa Dorman, M.Ed., is CEO/President at Acadience Learning, Inc. Her experience as an educator ranges from teaching in elementary and intermediate schools to directing and managing state and federal programs for the Colorado and Oklahoma State Departments of Education. She is the former Vice President of Research and Assessment at Voyager Sopris Learning, a publishing partner of Acadience Learning. Ms. Dorman is an educator who holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood and Masters in Education degrees in both Reading and School Counseling. For more than 25 years, she has been providing support to educators across the United States to implement evidence-based practices in instruction and assessment.

    Karen Castle, M.Ed.
    Director Emeritus of Professional Services, Branching Minds

    Karen Castle is Director Emeritus of Professional Services at Branching Minds. Karen brings a wealth of experience to this role, having served as curriculum director, principal, and teacher for several school districts in the North Texas area for 23 years. Prior to Branching Minds, Ms. Castle spent 12 years building a national professional development program for Amplify Education, a leading company in the education technology space and the provider of mCLASS: DIBELS, a widely-used progress monitoring tool. Karen has led statewide professional development implementations for IL, IN, NC, NM, TX, and UT, as well as large urban districts such as Los Angeles USD, NYC Public Schools, Chicago Public Schools, and San Antonio ISD.  Karen holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Wesleyan University, an M.Ed. from the University of North Texas, and a Superintendent’s Certification from the University of Texas at Arlington.
